PRICING

• In screen printing, 1 color is included.
• Pantone color matches at no charge, with the exception of page 66, spot printing
..on t-shirts. Reproduction of a color supplied with a sample: $25.00 (C); applies to screen ..printing and digital printing.
• Dies included unless otherwise indicated. There could be additional charges for more ..intricate custom shapes.
• Preparation and plates included.
• Color changes in screen printing: $25.00 (G); available in multiples of 250, unless ..otherwise indicated.
• Copy changes: $45.00 (G) for four color process printings and $25.00 (G) for spot ..printings; also offered in multiples of 250, unless otherwise indicated.
• Numbering available on certain items, prices on request, if not listed. Products are shipped ..in a non consecutive order. Missing numbers will be replaced by subsequent series.
• Preproduction sample available with the receipt of a purchase order; prices on request.
• Graphic design services: $58.33 /h (C). Same hourly rate for proof corrections made ..according to the specifications of our customers.
• Rush service (72 hours): additional 25%, minimum charge $56.25 (G),
..availability to confirm.

GENERAL INFORMATION

ELECTRONIC FILES
• A good quality document is required. To avoid rasterization, digital images must be ..supplied with an adequate resolution (to know how your images should be supplied, refer ..to technical information on page 69), and texts must have been previously vectorized. You ..should also join the fonts used to realize your project.
• Electronic files should be sent along with hard copies showing the final content of the ..original document.
• Bleed imprint available on most of our printing materials; colors must extend the edges ..from 1/8". For a non bleed imprint, a 1/8" inside margin • is needed.

E-MAILS
We invite you to use the electronic mail to send your files. All files should be compressed to avoid transmission errors. Stuffit, WinZip and WinRAR are the mostly used compression softwares. However, documents exceeding 6 Mb should be downloaded on our FTP server. If needed, our customer service will be pleased to provide you with all the required information.

APPROVALS
We submit paper proofs at no charge. Designs are printed as approved therefore we are not responsible for unnoticed mistakes.

PRODUCTION TIME: 10 to 15 working days following the receipt of purchase orders and electronic files; 72 hours service available.

SHIPPING
• We take all the necessary precautions in order to respect your expected delivery date ..therefore we reserve the right to decide which carrier should be used. Delivery time rather ..than freight cost could be considered.
• Orders are shrink wrapped and shipped bulk in boxes of 40 pounds or less.
• Shipments to multiple addresses incur an extra charge of $5.00 net per additional address.

• Our responsibility ends when orders leave our factory. Claims regarding delays, damages ..or loss should be addressed to the carrier.

RETURNS
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 working days and goods returned with an authorization number.

POLICIES

• Our prices are F.O.B. our factory, Quebec, QC, Canada.
• Applicable taxes are not included.
• Our prices are subject to change without notice.
• Indicated prices are suggested selling prices.
• Verbal orders are not accepted. Purchase orders must be faxed or e-mailed. A legible and ..properly completed purchase order is required.
• Cancelled orders may incur charges.
• ID Pro reserves the right to refuse an order which contents would be considered ..inappropriate.
• We decline any relative responsibility regarding the reproduction of logos, trade marks, ..texts or art works protected by copyrights. Our customers must assume the whole ..responsibility of any eventual conflict related to these documents.
• Over and underruns are billed proportionately and won’t exceed 10% of the ..ordered.quantity
• Films and files are kept for a period of 3 years and remain the exclusive property
