• In screen printing, 1 color is included.
• Pantone color matches are at no charge. Reproduction of a color using a sample: $25.00
..(C); applicable to screen printing as well as digital printing.
..Exact color match can not be guaranteed.
• Die cut included unless otherwise indicated. Certain complex die cuts may incur additional
..charges.
• Set-up and plates included.
• Color changes in screen printing: $25.00 (G); available in multiples of 250, unless
..otherwise indicated.
• Copy changes: $45.00 (G) for four color process printings and $25.00 (G) for spot
..printings; available in multiples of 250, unless otherwise indicated.
• Numbering available on certain products, prices on request if not indicated.
..Numbered items will be shipped in a non consecutive order; missing numbers will be
..replaced by subsequent series.
• Preproduction sample available upon receipt of an order, prices on request.
• Graphic design service: $75.00 /h (C). Proof corrections to be made according to our
..customer requests are billed at the same hourly rate.
• 72 hour service: additional 25% fee, minimum charge of $56.25 (G), availability
..to be confirmed.
GENERAL INFORMATION

ELECTRONIC FILES
• A good quality document is required. To avoid pixilation, digital images must have an
..adequate resolution at its actual size and texts must have been previously vectorized.
..You must also attach the fonts used in creating your project.
• Bleed imprint available on most materials, your artwork must exceed the cut-line by 1/8”.
..For a non bleed imprint, an interior margin of 1/8”, without print, is necessary.

E-MAILS
Files that are less than 10 Mo can be sent via e-mail. However, compression is strongly recommended to avoid transmission errors. Stuffit, WinZip, WinRAR and 7-zip (free) are the most frequently used compression software.

We also have at your disposal a FTP server for files which exceed 10 Mo. We invite you to contact our customer service in order to obtain the required information for its use.

APPROVALS
We submit free virtual proofs. Designs are printed as approved therefore we can not be held responsible for mistakes not detected at approval.

PRODUCTION TIME: 10 to 15 working days following reception of purchase order and electronic file; 72 hour service available.

SHIPPING
• We take all necessary measures in order to respect the expected delivery date of your
..order therefore we reserve the right to decide which carrier will be used. In case of tight
..delays, choice of carrier will be made in function of delivery delay rather than freight cost.
• Most orders are shrink wrapped and shipped bulk in boxes of 40lbs or less.
• Shipments to multiple addresses incur an extra charge of $5.00 net per additional address.

• Our responsibility ends once the order leaves our workshop. Also, all claims regarding
..delays, damages or losses must be addressed directly to the carrier.

RETURNS
All manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 working days. Goods may only be returned with a preauthorized return number.

• Due to the volatility of the cost of raw materials, prices are subject to change without
..notice. Hence, information available on paper matter can not be held updated as
..frequently as information available online. In case of discrepancies between catalogue
..pricing and online pricing, online pricing will predominate and must be considered

• We do not act as guarantor in the event of late deliveries due to circumstances

• Over and under runs are billed proportionately and will not exceed 10% of

• Films and files are kept for a period of three years and remain the exclusive
